Earth, Wind and Sky was created out of her own frustration over scholarship/educational opportunities for a person of her demographics. Being a 52-year-old, divorced, Native American woman, made her undesirable for many scholarship opportunities. After many hours of research, she discovered there were many scholarship opportunities for other ethnicities and organizations. However, there were almost none for Native Americans.

 

Donna's desire to continue her own education in the aviation and aerospace industry led me to research further educational opportunities for Native Americans in the Engineering, Nursing, Doctors, and Legal fields. There was nothing in the aviation and aerospace industries. Hence this quest was put on her heart to follow, to create what others need, and not just for herself.

 

Earth, Wind and Sky is designed to help all Native Americans.

 

There are many education opportunities which we are seeking funding for. From basic supplies to becoming an Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate, Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Aerospace Engineering, Discovery Flights, type ratings such as a Private Pilot-Glider Rating, Private Pilot Rating, Sea Plane Rating, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating, CFI Certificate, CFII Certificate, Check Ride Donations, Instructor Donations, and Air Traffic Controller Donations to name a few.
